The Basic Membership level offers those interested in supporting MRES a balance of informative and cost saving benefits.  For students, seniors 65+ and low-income individuals, there is the Budget Membership level.  There are also the Empowered and Empowered Plus Membership levels for those interested in added benefits at a greater level of support.  The table below shows the breakdown for each Membership level.

*As an added bonus for becoming a member, everyone who signs up at the $40 Basic Membership or higher by September 30th will recieve, from our supporter Dr Russell DesMarais, a Certificate for a FREE Initial Diagnostic Intake. This new patient consult includes a complete examination, a chiropractic and acupuncture treatment with a follow up visit to discuss the findings. This donation compliments of Integrative Healing Institute is normally valued at $200.
